From all of us at Design Gala... happy new year! We are going to reflect on Design Gala this year and give you a sneak preview as to what's coming in 2024.

New Year's Update

Enjoy a limited edition dark/yellow Home page and New Year's wallpapers! Now available through January 2nd. The New Year's theme will remain discoverable after January 2nd at www.designgala.net/home/ny. 

Year in Review - Updates

On January 1, we released Version 1.5, which includes redesigned Credits and About pages, awards given to artists, and minor refinements to the website.

On March 6, we released Version 2.0, which was our first major website redesign since its launch. This included completely redesigned UI elements with open spacing, redesigned Menu Bar, font changes, and more.

On December 23, we released Version 2.1, which included redesigned Museum and Profiles pages. We also temporarily added Quick Read articles and Polls.

Year in Review - Wallpapers

We've had many great new wallpapers added this year! Including works from Alyan Malik, Hasib, CalculatinGenius, Ari, and Alyssa. We've had great wallpapers such as Western Lights, Bokeh Collection, Starry Night Lights, and Emira.

What's Coming Next Year?

Lots of great things are coming to this website in 2024! 

Coming in the next couple weeks... Version 2.2 will be available in early January! Artists will be able to easily upload their own works and update their blog. Lots of new, exciting wallpapers are coming, which are the best we've ever made!

In 2024, we will be taking Design Gala in a new direction, where we will be hosting more works than every before, reaching to new audiences, and modifying our website to make it the best that we possibly can.
