Two months ago, we announced that video and audio works would be coming to Design Gala. And today, we are here to bring some updates. 

Studio

We are excited to unveil Studio, the home of all video and audio works. Unlike other pages, this page is coated in a Design Gala-imagined Dark Mode. In its current status, Studio is just a preview page, where you can view and interact with video and audio works. We encourage you to explore it. Visit it here.

Other Updates

When we originally announced video and audio works, we originally intended for full files to be uploaded. With some changes made, we now believe it is best to have your work uploaded on a streaming service, such as YouTube or SoundCloud, and we embed it onto our website. We will simply be promoting your work, and you can continue to make money. Of course, we will still allow files to be uploaded, but they will only be playable on tablet and desktop due to various constraints.

We are also here to announce that the first official audio and video works will be released later this year, likely coming in October.
